This video shows how to cut the sheet metal coil into plate pieces by HongEr Metal Stamping Line.

The production line layout is Decoiler + Straightener + Feeder + Press with Die + Conveyor Belt + Stacking.

Firstly use of coiled steel enable continuous processing.

Then the straightener solves the sheet metal surface leveling problem, feeder carries the smooth sheet metal into the press machine,

the sheet metal is punched out to the required size on the press machine with die.

Lastly the finished sheet metal plates will be conveyed and stacked.
