Standard Features of the Straightener Machine:
1. Suitable for all kinds of metal coil automatic straightening, well compatible with other decoiler and feeder for metal stamping.
2. With wide application for producing car parts, electronics, motors, home appliance, toy and auto components, varying kinds of metal plates, kitchenware, furniture hardware parts, etc.
3. Coil material is pressed by the large cylinder force, accurate straightening adjustment achieved by the worm gear and worm adjusting.
4. The raw material of all the rolls is GCr15. The rolls surface adopts electroplating to inprove wearing and corrosion resistance, as well as enhance durability and beauty. The rolls surface hardness can reach HRC60-62.
5. The coil sheet is smmoth, with no scratches after straightening by our machine.
