JM3 (0.2-1.2mm) High Precision Roller Straightener

JM3 is HongEr high precision sheet metal straightener, suitable for stainless steel, copper sheet, iron sheet, aluminum sheet from thickness 0.2 mm to 1.2 mm.
The leveling rollers adopt independent transmission, with an auxiliary roller to adjust the bending direction of the material according to requirements.

Scratch-type rolls adjustment method is used instead of traditional dial indicator adjustment method, no additional correction is required.
High quality GCr15 straightener rolls, 15pcs, hardness reach HRC60±2, wear resistance.
With Delta inverter for speed control.
